A CMC original design that has stood the test of time, the CMC Anchor Plate keeps the carabiners holding the different parts of your rescue system from jamming together. The hardware becomes eaiser to see, making safety checks more accurate. It can also keep you from clipping a carabiner into the wrong loop of the anchor webbing. For anchor systems, it makes an excellent collection point. We use the Anchor Plate in CMC Rope Rescue classes, allowing our students to set up their systems faster, with fewer mistakes.

Rigging plates are indispensable and help make setting up a rope system quicker and safer. SMC's Rigging Plate is half the size of the bigger plates on the market yet it is just as strong. Features a single, large circular center hole that accepts numerous connections simultaneously plus five oversized, ovalized holes that are each designed to handle up to 2 large rescue. Holes are individually numbered to make it quick and easy to organize connections. All edges on the SMC Rigging Plate have been contoured so that they are easy on rope, webbing, carabiners and other connectors. CNC machined from 1/2'' thick aircraft quality aluminum and then anodized for quick identification and additional resistance to corrosion.

SMC RESCUE SWIVEL
The SMC Rescue Swivel is built around a heat-treated steel axle and a sealed high efficiency ball-bearing to ensure flawless rotation during even prolonged and difficult raises in severe rock, mountain and rescue conditions. The holes are sized to work with rescue carabiners, and allow carabiner lock sleeves to pass through without hanging up. As one of the most compact swivels on the market, it is ideal for confined space rescue and other awkward hauling situations. The sides are smooth and rounded, helping to prevent hanging up on rocks, litters, or other components or structures.

PETZL I-D SELF-BRAKING DESCENDER EN 341 Class A
UL Classified to NFPA 1983
Its auto-locking feature combined with a locking position for the handle make the Petzl I'D an excellent descender for working on rope. Additional safety features include an anti-panic function that stops the descent if the handle is pushed too far and an anti-error safety catch that reduces the risk of an accident from the incorrect installation on the rope. Maximum descent distance: 660 ft. (200m).

The Small (345D21) model has a safety clip on the swinging side plate reduces the risk of dropping the device when removed from the rope, such as when passing intermediate anchors.

CMC RESCUE 8

The classic CMC Rescue 8 has been refined for even better performance with the current selection of rescue rope sizes from 7/16 to 5/8 inch. Today 5/8 in. rope is no longer common and the smaller dimensions of the new design provide greater control. CMC's exotic proprietary finish on the aluminum model provides outstanding wear resistance. The nickel-chrome plated steel model excels in the exceptionally high wear situations such as helicopter operations or sandy, gritty environments. The extended carabiner hole provides room for multiple carabiners.
